3.1 7-Day Office Trial
We want your workspace to be perfect. If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not the right fit for your office, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We offer exchanges or store credit for items that are in their original, unassembled condition with all packaging intact.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Assembled Furniture: Items that have been fully or partially put together.
- Custom Orders: Bespoke furniture configurations or branded office accessories.
- Clearance Items: Products purchased during “Warehouse Outfitting” sales.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for defective or incorrect items are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after our quality audit team in Pakistan inspects the returned goods at our distribution center.
